Thanks for your help, with your load order list and the link combined I've managed to order all my mods with zero issues and zero crashes, save two very minor things, when I load up the workshop menu it takes about 30 seconds (I don't really care, it's not much of a hassle) and the second slightly more serious issue is with the Unlimited Companions Framework mod, I have the companion module in my inventory but no matter where how I fiddle with it or what order I put the mod in, I can't seem to be able to recruit anyone but Dogmeat:(.

With LOOT (Load Order optimisation Tool), you’ll be able to have all of your mods sorted out at the click of a button. You can install LOOT. Most mod descriptions on Nexus Mods will say if there are any compatibility problems. If you’ve got plenty of mods installed, this may well be a tedious task to do. Therefore, strive disabling groups of mods one by one till the issues resolve. Disabling graphics mods, check. Disable weapons mods, check. This is often one of the more reliable ways. Eventually, you’ll be able to pinpoint which mod is inflicting crashes. You can change the load order from the in-game menu.
Head to the ‘Mods’ section, and select Re-order. There’s no secret to organising mods.
Most of the time, the default load order can work.Mods load from top to bottom, therefore if you wish to give a mod some priority over others, move it towards the top. You can read the description of mods over at Bethesda.net to see if they advocate placing mods in a specific order. If sorting through the load order doesn’t fix your issues, you’re possibly suffering from mod conflicts.
